“Snow White,” said the owl. “You are a natural leader, but you need to learn to make tough decisions, or you will never be able to rule your kingdom effectively. You must learn to weigh the pros and cons of each situation and then make the best choice for your people.”
Taking the owl’s words to heart, Snow White embarked on a journey of self-discovery and leadership, seeking the wisdom of other Disney characters along the way.
First, she visited the dwarves in their cottage in the woods. “Dwarves,” she asked. “How do you work together so well despite your differences?”

Snow White smiled, feeling inspired. “Thank you, Ariel. I think I understand now that courage and determination are crucial qualities for any leader.”
Next, Snow White went to the forest, where she met a wise old turtle named Merlin. “Merlin,” she asked. “What do you think is the most important quality a leader should have?”
Merlin thought for a moment before responding. “Well, Snow White, I believe that a leader must have a keen sense of judgment, for they are responsible for the lives and well-being of their people. They must know when to be decisive and when to be compassionate, and they must always be willing to learn from their mistakes.”
Snow White nodded thoughtfully. “That makes a lot of sense, Merlin. Thank you for your wise words.”
Finally, Snow White journeyed to the castle, where she met the wise old king himself. “King,” she asked. “How did you know when it was time to step down from ruling your kingdom?”
The king smiled kindly. “Ah, Snow White. My decision to retire was not an easy one, but I knew it was the right thing to do for my people. I had to consider the needs of the kingdom above my own desires, and I knew that there were many younger, more capable leaders who could take my place.”
Snow White felt a pang of sadness at the thought of the king retiring, but she also understood the importance of making tough, selfless decisions for the greater good.
As she made her journey back to her own kingdom, Snow White felt grateful for all the wisdom and guidance she had received from so many different Disney characters.
